Return Policy

If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once Baytree Holdings LTD. receives it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact Baytree Holdings LTD. within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to us. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting Baytree Holdings LTD. will NOT be refunded.

We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items.
